Our beer club has become a weekly staple in both The Square Ball and The Back Page Thursdays from 6pm. Showcasing our latest a greatest brews as well as some of our favourite from our beer peers from around the world.
This week we’ve got two winter seasonals from two heavyweights from the West Coast of the USA.
First up in The Square Ball we’re sampling Sierra Nevada’s Celebration Fresh Hop Ale. Brewed with the freshest late season hops, it is a an amber coloured hoppy ale coming in at 6.8%. This is paired with a Cranberry BBQ wing courtesy of the Fowl Play kitchen.
Next up from the Back Page is the Xocoveza from Stone Brewing. A “winter-spiced mocha stout” it is brewed with cocoa, coffee, peppers, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg & milk sugar.
Both kicking off at 6pm in the respective venues, pop down and say hello and grab a taster.
