The pair started earlier this year and made their way around the festival circuit before settling down for the winter in this quiet corner of Dublin 8. Upstairs at MVP is smelling incredible and the food is just wonderful – think the very best of local, seasonal produce from the best suppliers like McNally’s organic farm, Scéal bakery and Lilliput Stores.
There’s a great deal of thought, respect and care put into all of their dishes and you can really see this in the beautiful plates they present. Last week featured miso butter roasted Hokkaido pumpkin with chestnut purée, pickled pumpkin, and savoury.
