After several months of hard graft, we’ve finally reopened the doors of Pot Duggans!
The kitchen is back in full swing, headed up by Brianna Turner of The Fumbally in Dublin, and Ashley Gribben of Ottolenghi in London.
The duo are serving up some of the best local produce around – Co. Clare cheeses from The Cheese Press, organic greens from Moyhill Community Farm, organic free range eggs from Mark at Rathlir Farm and coffee roasted in The Burren by Brian at Anam Coffee. We’re looking forward to trying the pickles and ferments that they’ve been working on for the past couple of weeks!
The old barns which were once used as outhouses for livestock have been lovingly restored and transformed into a separate space for events, weddings, craft fairs and classes. It even has a full bar complete with Brewtonic Four20 hemp ale and Relax The Cacks IPA!
The courtyard and riverside have been spruced up just in time for the long summer evenings ahead, and the bar has been restocked with the best of Irish craft beers and spirits, including over 30 Irish whiskeys.
For more info, or to book a table, space or event head on over to the Pot Duggans website. See you there!
