The Púca – Dry Hopped Lemon Sour – 3.5%

A mixed fermentation beer, brewed with our house cultivated wild yeasts. Moderately tart with a crisp, intensely refreshing finish. Aromas of lemon and citrusy hops. Flavour is reminiscent of fresh ­squeezed lemonade with a subtle, yet well­ balanced hop note. A tart and refreshing wheat beer brewed with oats, lemon peel and coriander. The flavour and aroma are dominated by fresh citrus notes. Beautifully balanced acidity melds with a hint of lemony hops for a crisp, ultra refreshing finish. The crisp tartness cuts through strong cheeses wonderfully. Also pairs well with your favourite fish dish.

 
 

The White Sow – Nitro Oatmeal Chocolate Milk Stout – 5.2%

A sweet milk stout with the addition of real cocoa and Irish oats. Full bodied with a sweetness to balance complex malts. The flavour and aroma is dark chocolate, coffee, caramel and cream with a background of rich malts, with a frothy tan head and a rich velvety mouth-feel. Great with charred or caramelised BBQ beef. But perfect with a chocolate fondant and vanilla ice-cream. Try sneaking a small scoop of the ice-cream into the stout!

 


 

Tuireann Bán White – IPA – 6.2%

The Irish lovechild of a Belgian Witbier and an American IPA. Similar colour, body and esters as a witbier with noticeable hop aroma, flavour and bitterness.Hoppy, Fruit Esters, Spicy, Medium-Bodied, with a cloudy and citrus finish. Seriously refreshing beer with a great bite. The perfect beer on a hot summers day with a big plate of deep-fried calamari and spicy marinara sauce.
